The Shannon Daley Memorial Fund was founded on the idea of service and assistance- we seek to help local families who are facing financial difficulties due to a child facing serious illness.

Our History
Since being established in January 2002, we have raised and distributed over $3.5 million to more than 100 children and their families. This has been accomplished by the support and generosity of the many businesses and individuals in our community who believe that they can make a difference in somebody’s life.
About Us:
The Shannon Daley Memorial Fund was established in January 2002. It is managed by members of the Readington New Jersey Men’s Basketball League. The Charity honors the memory of a league member’s infant daughter who died of a rare heart disease.
We are an event driven charity; we have a charity basketball game in the winter and golf outing in the summer. We are a strictly volunteer organization where 100% of the money raised less basic event costs is donated to the recipient families. We believe that we are making a difference one family at a time.
